About the Team:
The enterprise ad sales team works with some of the largest organizations in the retail industry. They are responsible for enabling advertising on the platform and connecting users with brands.
TikTok's Brand Partnership Managers are responsible for building long term partnerships with the top brands across the globe, to educate and inform them about commercial opportunities within TikTok. Our innovative advertising products are high-impact and engaging, we create a native experience for our users and develop deep connections with our brands.

- Identify new business opportunities for brands in the Marketplaces sector to partner with TikTok

- Lead and grow one of our key clients within the portfolio through driving full-funnel product adoption through scaled and innovative solutions
- Strategically guide the client relationship, act as a consultant and manage a complex set of internal and external stakeholders to drive incremental revenue
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure improvement for product, processes and go-to market implementation
- Be instrumental in the external narrative of TikTok in the market
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Proven track-record in driving incremental revenue in a fast-paced solution orientated environment
- Well-versed with both branding and performance marketing campaigns showing a thorough understanding of measurement capabilities and ability to carve out strategies for the retail industry clients
- Retail industry know-how and experience with retail industry stakeholder in DACH
- Excellent verbal and written German & English language communication skills in order to communicate with local clients
- Self-starter, fast learner with an entrepreneurial spirit and strong team player
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in programmatic sales, app monetisation experience is a plus
- Experience of working in a matrix environment collaborating with senior stakeholders
