About the Team
This position is part of the Mobile Gaming Team, a sales team within TikTok's Global Gaming organization that focuses on activating and scaling advertising for mobile gaming advertisers. The Brand Partnerships Manager (BPM) is a full-time role located in TikTok's San Francisco office. They are responsible for driving revenue by building relationships with mobile gaming accounts, providing product consultation, education, and support to help clients achieve their business goals on TikTok.
The BPM works closely with the Client Solutions Manager (CSM) and is responsible for sustaining and growing revenue for mobile gaming advertisers on TikTok. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional consultative selling skills, a passion for revenue growth, the ability to set strategic vision and remove blockers, and a willingness to execute tactics. Success in this position requires strong sales and analytical skills, problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and ever-changing environment.
Responsibilities
1. Identify, prioritize, and secure business opportunities.
2. Drive revenue for TikTok Gaming by seeking partnerships with various direct clients.
3. Be consultative and provide strategic media solutions to maximize opportunity with existing clients and create new and impactful relationships with prospective advertisers.
4. Create compelling sales propositions utilizing internal and external data for respective regions.
5. Liaise with cross-functional teams on structuring and executing operational and strategic initiatives.
6. Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales, and services.
7. Create persuasive sales presentations using market trends and case studies.
8. Ensure that our clients receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service.
9. Update clients on TikTok products and developments and educate clients and agencies on best practices.
10. Work cross-functionally within sales and other TikTok teams to drive revenue and increase customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing, or another related area of study.
Minimum 4 years of digital media sales, marketing, brand advertising, gaming and/or online advertising experience.
Must be willing to work a hybrid schedule in San Francisco, CA.
Experience with digital media (i.e.- Digital TV CTV, OTT, social media, etc.).
Experience, knowledge and passion for the gaming industry.
Track record of building compelling presentations leveraging industry and internal proof points.
Proven ability to establish relationships with advertisers, agency and C-level relationships.
Track record of delivering and exceeding revenue goals.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of self-serve platforms, auction, and biddable forms of digital advertising buying.
Creative, outside-the-box thinker and strategist.
A team player and collaborator.

Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $73000 - $130000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
