Team Intro
The enterprise ad sales team works with some of the largest organizations in the Fashion & Luxury industry. They are responsible for enabling advertising on the platform and connecting users with brands.
TikTok's Brand Partnership Managers are responsible for building long term partnerships with the top brands across the globe, to educate and inform them about commercial opportunities within TikTok. Our innovative advertising products are high-impact and engaging, we create a native experience for our users and develop deep connections with our brands.
(*All roles can be based in Hamburg, Munich or Berlin)

- Identify new business opportunities for brands in the Fashion & Luxury sector to partner with TikTok

- Lead and grow top tier clients within the portfolio through driving full-funnel product adoption through scaled and innovative solutions
- Strategically guide client relationships, act as a consultant and manage a complex set of internal and external stakeholders to drive incremental revenue
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure improvement for product, processes and go-to market implementation
- Be instrumental in the external Fashion & Luxury narrative of TikTok in the market
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience working with clients in the Fashion and/or Luxury industry
- Well versed with branding and performance marketing campaigns with a thorough understanding of how to carve out full funnel strategies and deploy suitable measurement solutions to capture impact
- Proven track-record in driving incremental results in a very fast-paced environment working with highly-matrixed clients
- Excellent verbal and written English language communication skills, German would be beneficial to be able to communicate with local clients
- Self-starter, fast learner with an entrepreneurial spirit and strong team player
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in digital and programmatic sales; app monetisation experience is a plus
- Previous experience working across multi markets
