Responsibilities
TikTok's Partnership Managers are responsible for building long term partnerships with clients across Europe, to educate and inform them about commercial opportunities within TikTok. Our innovative advertising products are high-impact and engaging. We create a native experience for our users and develop deep connections with our brands.
Responsibilities:
- Grow the business within the vertical
- Identify new business opportunities to partner with TikTok
- Lead and grow global client relationships with product adoption and scaled solutions
- Help deepen penetration within brands
- Be instrumental in the external narrative of TikTok in the market
- Collaborate cross functionally to ensure improvement for product, process and client relationships

- Analyse campaign performance to constantly give feedback on optimised media solutions
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding revenue goals
- Experience in digital and programmatic sales
- Experience analysing campaign data and delivering recommendations
- Experience working with CPG clients
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with CPG brands, driving innovative marketing solutions and delivering measurable business outcomes
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Self-starter, fast learner with a start-up spirit
