We are seeking an ambitious Business Partnerships Manager to join our Central European sales team.
TikTok's Partnership Managers are responsible for building long term partnerships with clients across Europe, to educate and inform them about commercial opportunities within TikTok. Our innovative advertising products are high-impact and engaging. We create a native experience for our users and develop deep connections with our brands.
Responsibilities
• Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the book of business
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key managers and influencers within target accounts
• This role will work along with a peer Client Solutions Manager and report to Business Partnerships Manager Lead

• Developing a comprehensive sales strategy for a managed portfolio as well as new acquisitions
• Regularly reviewing key partnership performance and executing both regional as well as individual markets sales strategies to maximize revenue and diversified book of business growth
• Gathering and analyzing customer insights and business intelligence to review sales strategy and tactics
• Collaborating cross functionally to ensure improvement for product, process and key partnership relationships
• Playing an instrumental role in the external narrative of TikTok on the market and staying up-to-date with industry trends, competition, and technological advancements
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience in the Central European advertising markets, working with direct clients and media agencies
- Business and commercial acumen as well as understanding of brand and performance objectives
- Strong sales skills and proven ability to work with external managers
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
- Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding revenue goals, preferably with complex multi-partnerships clients
- Experience in analysing data driving conclusions and delivering recommendations
- Self-starter, fast learner with strong autonomous skills of work
