The Product Solutions & Operations (PSO) group is part of the TikTok's Monetization organization and holds a strong focus on advertiser needs and is dedicated to excellence in developing products and execution. We work with advertisers from all verticals to develop the next generation of monetization solutions and to make TikTok an essential growth channel for businesses of all sizes. We are on the critical path to delivering TikTok's Ads revenue, defining the long-term monetization strategy, and delivering insights that drive the product roadmap.
The mission of Brand Innovation team is to help business achieve their true branding goals with flexibility, efficiency, and creativity, while seamlessly marrying TikTok's most compelling user experiences into branding experiences. We are looking for a Product Marketing Leader who will shape strategies, set the vision and roadmap for our Brand advertising products and lead a high-performing team.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a Global Product Marketing team across our brand advertising products
- Deliver strategic insights to clients that drive higher advertiser value and greater investment in the platform. Cascade these initiatives to drive strategies globally. Be a trusted advisor to brands, be solution orientated.
- Recommend features and functionality to improve the product roadmap based on customer feedback, insights, and market opportunity
- Build a strong cross functional relationship with Product and Engineering leadership as well as the Global Business Solutions (sales) team and understand gaps and opportunities to accelerate revenue.
- Lead with empathy across Product, Marketing Science, Global Business Marketing, and other internal teams to serve the needs of our clients.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
-Several years managing a large team, including managers
- Good understanding of global advertising and business landscape
- A track record of successful revenue growth and the ability to lead a global team and drive business outcomes
- Experience influencing cross-functional leadership and collaborating closely across organizations
- Ability to set priorities, problem solving, and multi-task
- Flexible team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can bring order to ambiguity
- A commercial and data-driven mindset, with the ability to use data in storytelling
- Excellent communication and executive presence
Preferred Qualifications:
- Comfortability with public speaking and large scale speaking engagements
- Experience leading and developing other people managers
- Bachelor's degree or above

Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $198000 - $392000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
