The Performance & Incentives team works on a lot of interesting problems. Whether it is developing new world-class compensation policies, diving deep into market research, analyzing big data and benchmarking. The Performance & Incentives team work on a lot of cool and exciting projects to come up with the best ways to serve our organization. Parts of this role will require providing support across ByteDance, as well as TikTok. ByteDance is TikTok's parent company, whose mission is to inspire creativity and enrich life.

About the Role
1. Design and review of benefits packages and policies throughout Middle East, Africa, Turkey (METAP); with a focus on purpose, effectiveness and employee experience;
2. Responsible for benefits program design, review, implementation and communication based on market practice, industry trends and regulation changes together with the benefits philosophy and design principles set by the company;
3. Analyse market and other relevant data to prepare strong business cases for proposals and obtain buy-in from leadership;
4. Liaise, collaborate and build relationships with internal stakeholders (HR Operations, HR Business Partners, Procurement, Legal, Tax, etc) and external vendors (brokers and vendors) to ensure successful delivery of projects;
5. Own/deliver on/contribute to global projects and initiatives with local context in mind.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
1. Experience in some areas of benefits (pensions, health and wellness, risk insurance, leaves etc.) ;
2. Fluency in English;
3. Proven in report writing skills, be able to do proposals based on research and analysis, which are presentable to stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications
1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a Benefits related capacity;
2. Strong knowledge of market benefits trends and benefits compliance requirements;
3. Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail: gather market data, analyze and propose next steps;
4. Great communication skills: be able to communicate effectively with employees, the broader HR team and business lead and also be comfortable presenting programs and plans to employee groups, HR and leadership teams;
5. Self-starter and ability to work independently in an ambiguous fast-moving environment, multi-tasking and managing competing priorities.
