1GBM EUI are the Global Business Marketing team (GBM) and champions TikTok in the B2B world, looking to educate, inspire and create opportunities for our sales teams to develop and foster key client relationships and demonstrate how TikTok can deliver business outcomes for their business.
TikTok's EUI Business Marketing team is seeking a marketing professional to lead the Central European marketing strategy, through brand marketing, events, client engagement, partnerships and scaled marketing materials. Reporting to the Head of B2B Marketing EUI, the successful candidate will be excited to join a team that will increase client awareness and affinity in TikTok for Business, whilst driving new business and strengthening existing relationships in Poland, Czechia, Romania and other Central European countries.
We are looking for a Business Marketing lead to define overall team strategy and planning for Central Europe - a strategic, smart, creative, and a data-driven marketer. Someone who is high-performing and thrives in a fast paced environment and enjoys creating and scaling within integrated marketing channels. You should be comfortable with a broad range of responsibilities, developing and executing campaigns end-to-end including identifying target segments, developing content, establishing tracking mechanisms, and reporting and iterating on results.
Responsibilities
- Working with the Central Europe Country Manager, Global Business Solutions to create a marketing strategy that is closely aligned to business goals
- Lead on the marketing strategy and planning for the region, and represent marketing at the leadership level of the global business solutions team for the region
- Together with your team, deliver roadmap of marketing activity across all channels: events and client engagement, marketing communications, industry partnerships and scaled marketing materials
- Facilitate delivery of activity across the Central European commercial market
- Faciliate cross-market collaboration, project scaling and efficiencies
- Oversee and manage strategic events for the Poland, Czechia, Romania and other Central European markets, working closely with sales, Marketing Solutions, EU events and Comms teams to execute ROI positive activations that impact the industry and engage clients
- Oversee local advertising campaigns in partnership with the marketing communications team, driving new business and brand awareness
- Measure revenue impact from marketing campaign performance, gaining insight and adjusting strategy and tactics accordingly. Responsible for quarterly and half year analytics
- Responsible for marketing budget management
- Partner with the wider business marketing team and cross functional teams across the business to work efficiently and effectively at localising scaled content and franchised marketing touch points
- Manage a team of marketers in Warsaw on site
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have proven experience successfully leading marketing projects, ensuring team output maps closely to business strategy, organising events, marketing communications, and working with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver projects on time and on budget. Minimum Qualifications
- Strong examples of B2B marketing experience;
- Relatable experience working as a marketing lead for a publisher, brand or start-up;
- Experience in leading teams and projects;
- Strong bi-lingual communication skills in English or Polish (or any other Central European language)
Preferred Qualifications
- Good knowledge of the social and media landscapes - knowledge of and experience in the Polish, Czech Republic, Romanian (CE landscape) media industry;
- Self-starter, a fast learner who is detail-oriented and has critical thinking;
- Great communication skills;
- Ability to work independently and as a team across different departments.
