Team Introduction
TikTok continues to unlock opportunities for artists and labels, with a brilliantly engaged community who love to build connections with artists and their music. The team is working globally and locally with artists, managers and labels to unleash the promotional and marketing power of TikTok, helping talents to secure success on the platform, music streamings, hit charts and brand collaborations.
Responsibilities
- Maintain relationships with artists and labels onboarded by Licensing Manager to foster long-term partnerships.
- Use data insights and trend analysis to form A&R decisions and help artists target the right audience.
- Collaborate with artists to enhance their creative output and guide them through the release process.

- Partner with internal teams like marketing and digital promotion to optimize the artist's release strategy.
- Cooperate with internal Product Operation team to troubleshoot issues of artists' music releases and TikTik accounts.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
- Proficient in Japanese
- 3+ years of music industry experience
- In-depth understanding of music production, streaming platforms, and digital distribution
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage both creative and operational elements of a project
- Familiarity with data-driven decision-making to improve music releases and artist development
- Well-organized, dedicated, with the ability to plan and deliver on tight deadlines and pay outstanding attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Business level English skill.
- Established Industry Network: possesses a strong network of music industry partners, including artists, managers, producers, and key players in the digital distribution and streaming landscape
