Agency Solutions Managers are the trusted advocates connecting key stakeholders, providing inspiration and insights, driving collaboration that translate into long term client partnerships and growth! We are responsible for the day to day relationship and for ensuring success of advertiser investment. As trusted partners, we proactively advise our clients of opportunity and solutions to exceed their expectations, securing future investment.
We are currently looking for a highly skilled and motivated Agency Solutions Manager to help scale our growing advertising business. The Solutions Manager is a key member of the Nordic sales team, working with sales, product, and other business partners to analyze and improve advertisers' performance on TikTok, in support of their marketing initiatives. They will work with our unique data and translate it into high-quality and actionable insights and recommendations to improve the effectiveness of advertiser campaigns and unlock business opportunities.
Day to day, their activities include:
Responsibilities:
- Support and grow Nordic media agencies and client relationships with product adoption and scaled solutions
- Execute strategic account planning aimed at achieving significant investment growth
- Create, test, and scale local initiatives to drive education & inspiration to establish the TikTok suite of products as a leading business-driving platform with agency stakeholders
- Identify new business opportunities for brands and agencies to partner with TikTok
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure improvement for product, process and client relationships
- Track and analyze revenue performance across the agency portfolio and identify opportunities for revenue growth
- Meet and exceed revenue targets
Qualifications
Minumum qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience of account management/performance experience in digital marketing
- Tangible experience executing on a biddable network
- Experience managing brand advertisers with a deep understanding of their challenges across full funnel objectives
- Results oriented with high attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Preferred qualifications:
- Ability to analyse data and identify insights to assess campaign performance
- Proactive attitude with excellent project management, organisational, and analytical skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to effectively translate technical language to non-technical stakeholders
- Knowledge and understanding of tracking, attribution and measurement (Pixel, MMP etc)- Experience diagnosing and solving technical problems with product and engineering teams is a big plus- Experience using Excel or Google Sheets essential, familiarity with visualisation tools (Tableau, QlikView, Power BI, etc.) a plus
- Comfortable presenting complex analysis in a simple, easy to digest way to C-suite level stakeholders
- Self-starter, a fast learner who has critical thinking
- Have a passion for TikTok, experience and understanding of agencies in Sweden
