About the Job
The Agency & Ecosystem (A&E) Programs Team's purpose is to equip the A&E team with scalable strategic enablement programs that are rolled-out to key agency partners and ecosystem players across the Middle East, Turkey, Africa and Pakistan (METAP) region. The A&E Program's team is responsible for analyzing, ideating, developing and administering programs that create a force-multiplier effect through the ecosystem.
As a Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in aligning TikTok's goals with the needs of our agency partners. You'll help design, execute and optimize programs that drive direct business outcomes and foster win-win ecosystem partnerships that enable and help transform our partners' businesses. By utilizing insights and working closely with internal cross-functional teams and external stakeholders, you will build programs that directly contribute to our partners' success and TikTok's mid- to long-term strategic growth.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Identify impactful business challenges and address behavioral patterns within agencies that act as blockers or inefficiencies.
- Ability to think laterally, using data and insights to develop novel approaches to business challenges and opportunities.
- Ability to translate high level business objectives into smaller actionable and measurable initiatives.
- Ability to develop comprehensive measurement matrix (leading/lagging) to measure behavioral change and assess the impact of initiatives at scale
- Program & stakeholder management
- Ability to manage and prioritize complex projects in fast-paced, dynamic environment while meeting deadlines and deliverables.
- Experience collaborating with large cross-functional teams and building strong relationships with internal and external partners.
- Great communication skills, capable of effectively communicating program initiatives and insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership, demonstrated resourcefulness and the ability to drive initiatives forward independently.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Deep Knowledge of the Media and agency ecosystem
- Technical expertise in SQL, python and other dashboarding tools.
- 2-4 years in a GTM tech role and/or strategy consulting
