Team Introduction
The livestream industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become the next growth driver for TikTok global business. It also brings great joy to users globally and it creates a new channel for our creators to show themselves.
Creators are at the center of our operations. Through professional agencies and multi-channel networks in the content business, especially those that specialize in livestreaming, we are building scale and democratization of the livestreaming business. In this role of Agency Business Development manager, you will carry out two main sets of responsibilities that will drive business growth in a sustainable way:
- Contribute to the development of agency growth strategy: Actively participate in formulating strategies aimed at expanding TikTok Live's presence in Brazil, focusing on the unique needs of the local market.
- Search and identify business leads among diverse online and offline channels, such as webinars, conferences, offline events and other communities.
- Facilitate Agency Onboarding to TikTok Live: Drive efforts to onboard agencies onto the TikTok Live platform by providing guidance, resources, and support to ensure a seamless transition and successful integration.
- Collaborate closely with agency incubation and growth team, and other related teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of growth initiatives.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Result-oriented and data-driven operation.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in both English and Portuguese.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Candidates who are used to work with, or have connections with modeling, content, media, TV, celebrities, and livestreaming platforms.
