Responsibilities
- Organize and coordinate cross-departmental resources, carry out research on topics related to the key development directions of the business, and provide strategic support such as goal setting and strategic advice.
- Cooperate with the team to conduct teams to conduct market analysis of affiliate, creator, KOL, celebrities, entertainment industries.
- Understand competitors and find growth points, to formulate related operation strategies.
- Responsible for affiliate and creator data analysis, deeply understand business logic, design a reasonable indicator system based on business goals, conduct agile and effective assessment and monitoring of business performance, and give valuable suggestions through in-depth analysis and mining of data.
- Project-manage to ensure timely launches of the ongoing creator tasks and affiliate campaign.
- Analyze and identify improvement plans for enhanced iterations of future campaigns & creator task developments.
- Collaborate with other cross-functional teams on other platform-wide campaign-related efforts.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience of E-commerce business analytics or consulting background
- A team player, fast learner and open to changes.
- Pays attention to detail, affinity with numbers, strong problem solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- MBA required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge and experience of live streaming is preferred.
- Familiar with TikTok and mainstream e-commerce platforms, experience in content-based e-commerce is highly preferred.
Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $88920 - $144400 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
