About the Team
The global Monetization Integrity team ensures TikTok users have a safe experience while viewing advertisements. They work closely with advertisers to create ad policies and manage content review processes. As we continue to add advertising on TikTok, this team is critical in assuring a joyful and creative ads experience for the community.
This position will help create TikTok's advertising policies in addition to developing policy processes and training. This individual will work in conjunction with teams like moderation, quality, and vendor operations to make sure these ad policies are executed properly. Our ideal candidate has experience performing deep analysis into potential risk areas and is able to navigate ambiguity.
Responsibilities
- Work cross-functionally to support the development and implementation of advertising policies
- Identify & propose solutions to policy development process gaps
- Conduct quality analysis to improve policy implementation
- Represent the team on large-scale projects that require policy implementation support
- Solve issues with autonomy
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
- 2 years experience working in large, matrixed organizations
- Extremely clear written and verbal communication
- Experience working adjacent to or within an advertising policy ecosystem
- Ability to quantitatively rationalize decision-making
- Understanding of the dynamics between users, advertisers, and advertising policies
- Deep understanding of the digital landscape and passionate around the TikTok product

- Proven experience with creative advertising policies, advertising standards, or a related field
