About the Team
The Regional Policy and Risk Team (RPnR) is part of the global Monetization Integrity team that ensures TikTok users have a safe experience while viewing advertisements.
This position will help create TikTok's advertising policies in addition to developing policy processes and training. This individual will work in conjunction with teams like moderation, quality, and vendor operations to make sure these ad policies are executed properly.
Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze policy documents and related materials.
- Conduct comprehensive research to support policy development and implementation.
- Collaborate with regional stakeholders to ensure policies are effectively communicated and understood.
- Monitor and report on policy trends and regulatory changes.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Public Policy, Law, Political Science, Communications or a related field.
- Must complete the internship in São Paulo, including in-office attendance.
- Clear written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency in English and Portuguese for business purposes
Preferred Qualifications:
- Understanding of the digital landscape and a passion for TikTok products.
- Previous internship or experience working adjacent to or within an advertising policy ecosystem.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
