TikTok's Global Gaming team is responsible for building long term and impact driven partnerships with the top top gaming companies agencies and across Europe to educate and inform them about commercial opportunities within TikTok.
The Advertiser Solutions Manager (ASM) position is part of the Global Gaming Advertiser Solution team that will be mostly be responsible for NTL/LiveOps - this team focusses on increasing penetration, revenue per activation and LiveOps incremental revenue. They build for scale and predictability, bolster our offerings and boost sales pitching capabilities. You can think of them as our Strategic Advisors on all NTL/LiveOps/Incremental activations. They are our experts in the TikTok full-funnel ads product, acting as a bridge between Sales and our XFNs.

In this role, you'll be at the heart of innovation, shaping how we manage, optimize, and grow our advertising business. From strategic planning to hands-on execution, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless operations and impactful business results.
Responsibilities:
- Support Global Gaming teams with strategic revenue driving initiatives, with a particular focus on new title launches and Liveops
- Refine the value proposition on both commercial packaging and creative strategy sides. Work with leadership and XFN to conduct the GTM for NTL and LiveOps including product execution process and reusable package design. Design the rollout strategy and work with GBM to develop a marketing narrative, resource plans and internal education
- Tracking & measurement methodologies: Collaborate with the relevant teams to streamline and automate pipeline tracking methodologies
- Lead strategic branding and performance campaign planning initiatives including Audience Analysis, product portfolio, budget allocation to inform campaign proposals to clients.
- Business strategy perspective: Have an overall understanding of the games advertising business, assist the team in optimizing the current direction, exploring new directions, and building cross-team collaboration models. Output Narrative and guidance to guide the team's business sales model
- Operation ability: Understand the current advertising logic and traffic situation, support the setting of NTL/liveops mediaplan TikTok basic diagnosis of advertising accounts, summarize problems and situations, and cooperate with XFN
- Sales strategy: Understand customers and the market, participate in key project promotion and communication with major customers, and produce upsell
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience working in or with Gaming apps/studios
- Hands on understanding of ad products & technologies and related optimisation processes
- Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding revenue goals
- Customer service orientation and experience working in a client facing capacity
- People and team leadership experience
Preferred qualifications:
- Excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills
- Experience in digital and programmatic ad sales
