We are seeking a Creative Operations Manager, Advertiser Enablement (Brand Ads), to join the Creative Operations team within GMPT (Global Monetization Product & Tech). Our team needs an inventive, high-EQ creator and product marketing guru who can help bring advertisers' brand-led ad campaigns to life with exciting, memorable TikTok content. This hire will work under the Brand Ads Lead within GMPT's Creative Operations team and will be expected to work with NA's top advertisers to grow their businesses via our 3P creative solutions.
Candidates must have experience working on brand-led ad campaigns, ideally with social influencers, and be prepared to explain how they've convinced advertisers to embrace creators as true marketing collaborators. They should be equally comfortable in proactively selling brand ad products and 3P creative solutions as they are answering campaign performance questions from a marketing director.
Responsibilities:
- Become a subject matter expert and own the regional revenue goal for TikTok's premium brand ad products; in particular Branded Mission, TopView, TopFeed and Pulse.
- Proactively pitch premium brand ad products alongside 3P creative solutions to GBS.
- Lead strategic marketing activations with TikTok creative solutions from recommending product solutions.
- Partner with TikTok sellers to strengthen relationships with top branding accounts and support upfront marketing agreements via innovative creator strategies.
- Assist the Legal and Operations team in the creator contracting and payment process.
- Conduct walkthroughs with advertisers and internal TikTok cross-functional team members on third-party product solutions.
- Develop a deep understanding of the broader brand ad ecosystem on TikTok to recommend optimal product solutions aligned with advertisers' objectives.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- 4+ years of relevant experience working with social influencers for marketing or advertising purposes.
- Direct experience supporting the advertising RFP process and a fluent understanding of digital marketing tactics and KPIs.
- Demonstrated strong expertise in product and data analytics.
- Experience presenting to brand and ad agency clients.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills across every relevant channel (phone, email, text, social DM, etc.).
- Exceptional attention to detail and respect for process even when external circumstances are messy and unpredictable.
- Entrepreneurial thinker who will recommend business improvements before being asked for fixes.
Preferred Requirements:
- Experience working with top advertisers on brand-led ad campaigns.
- Experience running creator marketing programs for leading brands (please indicate on resume).
- Experience creating content on TikTok.

Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $103000 - $230000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
