About the team & role
The Operation Integrity team aims to "forge exemplary conduct" within Trust & Safety global moderation sites. We are responsible for integrity issues for T&S ADSO operations personnel, including labelers, QAs, specialists, and other supporting staff. We would achieve our mission by supporting and providing consulting services to internal and external stakeholders.
As an Operation Integrity Analyst, you will work with stakeholders across the globe, handling day-to-day integrity management. Daily routine includes data monitoring and reporting, escalation handling, and incident investigation.

Responsibilities
- You will work extensively with internal and XFN business, data, platform, and compliance teams to jointly achieve optimal business results.
- You will establish great relationships with global and regional stakeholders and regularly communicate progress updates, and changes, and ensure alignment across the regions.
- You will actively analyze global data to identify potential or suspected issues through data analysis and available tools, and present findings to front-line moderation teams.
- You will be responsible for anti-cheating requirement analysis, progress and timeline management, and ecological governance project promotion related to anti-cheating in large-scale human management.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above is required, (preferably in Information security/statistics/mathematics/management science and related majors).
- Work experience in one of the following areas: Risk management, anti-cheating, anti-fraud, Investigation, Data Annotation, Content Labelling, Ai annotation, or Trust & Safety Projects.
- Solid Data Analytics experience
- Solid SQL & Python Skills (Technical assessment)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Data Visualisation, Dashboards & Reporting.
- Solid Communication & Storytelling skills.
- Solid experience in working with cross-functional stakeholders and the ability to work with senior stakeholders globally.
- Analytical and the ability to make decisions from facts and data.
- Flexible with work schedule and different time zones- Global scope.
