About the role:
TikTok is looking for a Pod Lead to drive business growth and strategic partnerships in Chile. This role requires a solid leadership profile, with the ability to scale client investment, manage key relationships, and influence executive-level stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have experience in, digital media sales, and consultative selling solutions, with a deep understanding of the market and a proven track record in developing high-impact advertising strategies. The Pod Lead will work closely with regional teams to expand TikTok's footprint, ensuring seamless execution of campaigns and maximizing platform adoption across key verticals.

Above all, the candidate will have an established track record of building strong relationships across key stakeholders. The role will involve working cross-functionally with members of the TikTok sales organization with the intent of onboarding priority accounts across the market. You'll bring a creative mindset, detail-oriented focus, and strategic acumen in your approach to building and growing long term business partnerships across Advertising Technology partners.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategic growth of TikTok's business in Chile, identifying new opportunities and scaling key accounts.
- Develop and execute a market transition plan, ensuring strong adoption of TikTok's advertising solutions.
- Build and maintain senior-level relationships with brands, agencies, and partners to drive revenue growth.
- Guide a team of business partner managers to deliver best-in-class solutions.
- Act as a thought leader, educating advertisers on TikTok's value proposition and performance capabilities.
- Leverage data-driven insights and case studies to create compelling sales narratives.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Years of experience in performance marketing, brand advertising, media sales, and/or online advertising.
- Deep knowledge of the Chilean digital advertising ecosystem, with strong industry relationships.
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth, influence key stakeholders, and lead strategic initiatives.
- Experience managing and scaling high-value client partnerships across multiple verticals.
- Proficiency in Spanish and English, with excellent communication and presentation skills (due to the business requirement in-region)
- Must be willing to work out of our offices in Buenos Aires, Argentina
