About
The Global Product & RD team is building up core TikTok products to ensure TikTok continues the growth, deliver the best product experience to all of our users, build the most attractive features to help users enjoy their time on TikTok, earn trust in privacy protection, and more.
The Global Product team is growing exponentially. The business lines are ranging from Monetization Technology, Data, Machine Learning, System, Infrastructure, AR Effects, Security Technology and more.
About the team
TikTok Core Product team's goal is to provide the best user experiences to create, consume, and enjoy content on TikTok. As part of the Core Product team at TikTok, this team is focused on improving reliability, scalability, and security of TikTok account structure. We are looking for a Product Manager to lead account initiatives, run the full stack from infrastructure to applications and grow TikTok ecosystem accounts to a new level.
Responsibilities:
1. Partner with teams in Security Product, Global Security Organization, Privacy Organization, Risk Control Organization to define architecture and key performance indicators ("KPIs") of company security incident response.
2. Drive operational excellence by capturing and analyzing user and team feedback, data from KPIs and other sources to inform and implement changes to incident response processes.
3. Communicate risk and status clearly and succinctly to security and product leadership with a framework for evaluating resolution options, as well as roles and responsibilities of partner teams.
4. Develop educational tools and training to ensure alignment amongst partner teams for incident response programs as well as user education.
5. Experience managing and/or creating programs for regular assessments of enforcement decision-making to improve operational excellence with measureable results that inform product decision-making.
6. Define and manage operating budget and efficiency metrics for review programs related to user experience of security and integrity products.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
1. 3 years + working experience, bachelor and above, use English as a working language;
2. Familiar with business process management and requirement analysis;
3. Familiarity with security and emergency response processes and program development;
4. Excellent coordination and communication skills, capable of cross-team collaboration and leadership communication;
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
6. Have a deep understanding of account security, cybersecurity, information security or a relevant field in technology, security and digital identity.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience in operations management and process optimization at a large technology company is preferred.
Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $120650 - $223250 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
