About the Team
This role is part of TikTok's Small and Medium Business (SMB) team. The SMB team works with advertisers across the region, helps them onboard and find success on TikTok. Being part of the team would mean being directly responsible for building relationships and helping clients drive business results through consultation. The team is made of dynamic, savvy, engaged individuals who are passionate about the region and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Manage a designated book of business to achieve quarterly revenue & product adoption targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients in your book of business.
- Understand client goals and objectives to provide tailored advertising solutions.

- Oversee the implementation, optimization, and performance analysis of advertising campaigns.
- Provide strategic guidance to clients on advertising best practices and platform capabilities.
- Proactively address client concerns and challenges to maintain high client satisfaction and retention rates.
- Ensure compliance with Ads policies and guidelines in all client interactions and campaign executions.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with external customers and internal stakeholders (Ads Policy, Finance, Product, etc.)
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years experience as an Account Manager in digital advertising, account management, or client services.
- Proven track record of managing client relationships and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong communication, organizational prowess, and analytical acumen to interpret data and trends effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Ads platform and other social media advertising tools
- Ability to succeed in a rapidly changing environment with excellent problem-solving, creative thinking, and analytical skills.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, with a track record of working effectively across departments to achieve common goals.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to effectively translate technical language to non-technical stakeholders.
