Sr TA Advisor
The Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor performs activities related to the entire hiring cycle, including recruiting, talent evaluation and screening, job advertising and posting, talent prospecting, talent staffing and planning. Under limited supervision, job focuses on attracting the right talent for the organization's programs and mentors lower level team members on best practices for talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Develops plans for sourcing appropriate candidates, conducting the interview process and extending offers to selected candidates while maintaining a low cost per hire.
- Manages and implements new strategies for candidate communication, including the scheduling of interviews and answering of candidate questions.

3+ years of Information Technology (IT) recruiting experience
Desired Experience:
Cyber Security recruiting experience
Experience recruiting data roles such as data scientists, data stewards, etc.
5+ years of full life-cycle Corporate Recruiting experience
Prior experience with Workday strongly preferred
Manage the full life cycle of the recruitment process while partnering with Business/Line management to plan and implement cost-effective sourcing strategies that identify and deliver top talent to the business.
Experience with executing a recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, placing postings and advertisements, candidate management, and diversity sourcing, and interview process management.
Build and maintain networks of potential candidates through pro-active market research (including competitor trends and market intelligence) and on-going relationship management
Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives.
Previous experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter as well as other sourcing resources
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
