Sr Associate, Housing Asset Management
The Senior Associate, Real Estate Asset Management job is responsible for maximizing the value of the organization's real estate portfolio through the execution of managing, leasing, development, and dispositions of diversified, domestic real estate investments. Working independently under limited supervision, this job seeks to achieve superior returns on real estate assets through tactical oversight of property management, capital investments and leasing while operating in a highly collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Manages a portfolio of real estate assets within the housing sector.
Negotiates property management, leasing and construction contracts with support from senior management.

Recommends and analyzes investment strategies for a significant portfolio of real estate investments, usually covering more than one region or geographical market.
Reviews the financial analysis/modeling of current and projected performance of property investments to report to senior management.
Monitors and oversees property management relationships in executing asset level strategies.
Familiar with revenue management and lease pricing functions.
Assists with the acquisition and disposition activities for their assigned portfolio.
Utilizes valuation knowledge to review external valuations and to provide internal valuations for the portfolio.
Maintains familiarity with current issues impacting the real estate management business.
Possesses significant knowledge of current real estate market conditions for submarkets in which assets are located.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Required:
- 2+ years of multifamily experience as it relates to Real Estate with Asset Management experience
Preferred:
- 3+ years of multifamily experience as it relates to Real Estate with Asset Management experience
- Experience with appraisals and valuations
- University Degree
- 30% Travel
Potential Salary: $132,000.00 USD
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
