Programmatic Campaign Manager
The Programmatic Campaign Manager acts as the front line of the organization's digital platforms by implementing and managing programmatic media campaigns that serve to promote the organization's brand, products and services. Working under minimal supervision, this job is responsible for negotiating deals with media companies and buying ad-space, ensuring the campaign presents an effective message to the target audience. This job will also be a key player on the Paid Media and Demand Generation team to help contribute to the strategy, development, implementation and optimization of programmatic campaigns, paid search and paid social across multiple platforms.

Responsible for day-to-day hands-on execution, bid management and optimization of Programmatic (display, video, native, social, tv) and Linear channel ad buys within our demand side platforms (Campaign Manager / DV360) and other Demand Side Platforms.
Negotiates ad-space on behalf of the organization, keeping the campaign within budget and aligned to the organization’s marketing and business goals.
Communicates with media companies to determine and compare available times, spaces and pricing for placing advertisements.
Monitors Private Marketplace (PMP) and private deal performances across partners as part of the daily management of campaign activities and to ensure revenue, budget and other business goals are being met.
Drive audience strategies leveraging 1st party, 2nd party and 3rd party data and evaluate and recommend potential 3rd party partners including data, viewability, ad fraud, brand safety and cross-device solutions
Traffic Ad creative through ad server (CM360)
Monitor ad verification, brand safety, and viewability using IAS or similar services
Collaborate across teams and vendors to request campaign creative assets, create and optimize campaign landing pages or other digital assets needed for campaign execution.
Build campaign performance dashboards using a combination of tools including in-platform, Data Studio, DOMO or similar analytics tools to inform colleagues, business partners and senior management of campaign performance and opportunities.
Generate, deploy and manage media tags using Campaign Manager & Google Tag Manager
Monitor and identify competitive and audience trends in digital media channels and develop strategies and tactics to drive business goals.
Assist with account billing, invoicing and reconciliation.
Participate in the compliance review and archive process

Required Qualifications:
- Two plus years of online advertising experience in Programmatic Campaign Management with tools like Google Campaign Manager, DV360 and other DSP’s
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the financial services industry, banking, retirement planning, wealth management or capital asset management
- Google Marketing Platform Certification: Display & Video 360 and/or Campaign Manager or other digital marketing certifications a plus
Potential Salary: $83,600.00 USD
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
