Production Designer
Provide timely and accurate changes for simple and complex work (print and email) in the Creative Production Studio. Make
changes to existing files and use branded templates to execute requests as needed. Must be a self-starter, highly organized, have an eye for detail and maintain a high level of accuracy. Experience needed with InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Acrobat, and Sketch.

Understand and interpret markups on pdfs
Quick turn-arounds, meet tight Service Level Agreements
Use existing branded templates to execute creative requests

Ensure all designs meet brand standards
Collaborate closely with art directors, designers and writers to help execute marketing materials
Provide image retouching when needed
Make various formats of supplied artwork (PDFs, JPEGs, PNGs, etc.)
Ensure PDFs meet ADA accessibly requirements when requested
Follow production schedules to ensure tasks are being completed on time
Prepare final print and digital-ready files based on supplied specifications
Prepare images for responsive online and mobile applications
Archiving and maintenance of old files
Keep up-to-date on latest technology trends
Primary Working Relationships
Works with their Manager, CC’s, Producers, Design Studio CDs as well as the rest of the Creative Design Studio team
Work with Proofreader/QC to ensure quality work

Required Qualifications:
- Three plus years industry related experience necessary
- Three plus years of Computer software and hardware knowledge a must
- Three plus years being able to work under pressure while managing many jobs at one time
- Three plus years of extensive knowledge of layout, design, and typography
- Three plus years with the ability to follow instructions
Preferred Qualifications:
- BS/BA degree
- Extensive knowledge of InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Acrobat and Sketch
Potential Salary: $90,200.00 USD
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
