Provides solutions for IT and business management on applying technology to business opportunities, planning and implementation of cross-functional applications.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Participating in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems that are cost effective and meet business requirements.
- Monitoring client experiences and feedback on the use of business applications; Enhancing system productivity, as needed.
- Providing senior level consulting services to internal business groups on process improvement projects designed to improve their business results.
- Analyzing, defining and documenting clients requirements, and revising existing systems logic challenges, as necessary.

The Senior Support Analyst supports the maintenance of IT systems software and hardware for multi-user server computers. Working under limited supervision, this job acts on end user needs by ensuring the uptime, performance, resource availability, and security of the computers are within established operational guidelines.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Serves as the point of contact for all computer and system related concerns from clients or other employees.
- Sets up all hardware and ensuring hardware is connected to the network.
- Resolves technical issues related to computer, system and/or network interruptions.
- Investigates and resolves customer issues using a ticketing system to ensure timely resolution.
- Engages with senior domain administrators to assist with trouble shooting of day-to-day domain issues.
- Audits current documentation for all equipment under operational control.
