The Bank Funding team resides within Corporate Treasury and maintains the primary responsibility of implementing and supervising the Bank’s overall liquidity risk management strategy. In addition, subsequent responsibilities include the monitoring, processing, forecasting, and reporting of various bank funding and liquidity management activities to assure obligations are met, costs are minimized, and earning asset yields are maximized, while meeting all internal and external compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Cash Management
● Report daily cash and liquidity position to management
● Perform daily cash settlement activities for the Bank and its affiliates
● Manage all fees related to banking services from third-party banks

● Execute borrowing and investment transactions for optimal use of funds and diversification of funding sources
● Manage deposit based wholesale funding activities as well as Federal Home Loan Bank (FHLB) activity
● Complete monthly accruals for all wholesale debt instruments
Liquidity Management
● Develop and maintain collateral programs to support secured credit facilities
● Perform monthly liquidity stress test analysis and maintain model documentation
● Interpret regulations related to liquidity management and measure their impact to the Bank’s liquidity
● Manage the development and ongoing maintenance of the liquidity management reporting process
Reporting & Compliance
● Prepare quarterly/annual regulatory disclosures and footnotes for all team related activities
● Assist with preparation and/or manage requests for supporting documentation from internal/audit and regulators
● Conduct and prepare monthly reporting deck for review by the Asset Liability Committee (ALCO)
● Perform monthly reconciliation of all wholesale deposit channels
● Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements related to the department
● Maintain documented policies and procedures of the department
Other
● Perform financial analyses, presentations, and other ad hoc reporting for the Treasurer, Bank Funding Manager, and/or Senior Management, as required

Potential Salary: $75,000.00 USD
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
