Associate, Marketing Services
This role is responsible for updating and maintaining marketing materials supporting Nuveen’s broad investment platform. Primary duties include sourcing and implementing data and content changes, dynamic programming of materials through our internal technology platform, interfacing with marketing team members, compliance, sales, product and investment teams while serving as a point-person for the content. Duties also include assisting in managing off-shore resources. The ideal candidate will be able to work with a variety of stakeholders, manage multiple deadlines and be a self-starter. This individual will report to the VP of Marketing Services.

Working in Seismic application, especially LiveDoc programming and maintenance with in Microsoft add-ins (establishing templates and data feeds, content manager organization).
Working with SQL and writing queries
Work within established design guidelines and templates to deliver effective collateral, ex: pitch books, factsheets, commentaries
Assist with data entry, quarterly updates, and other production duties as needed to ensure timely and accurate completion of projects
Embrace internal technology and workflow tools to leverage to their greatest impact. Ex: Seismic, Percolate, AdMaster
Work closely with other business units and investment specialists to help coordinate fulfillment of core marketing materials
Coordinate with internal business partners to develop new collateral and adjust existing materials for evolving marketing needs
Collaborate with broader team to generate creative approaches and fresh ideas
Take initiative to explore new approaches to increase efficiency and improve processes without sacrificing creativity or quality
Proofread all marketing content throughout the development and approval process to ensure it is accurate and compliant
Support compliance processes from initial submission to final approval
Educational Requirements
- University (Degree) Preferred

- 2+ Years Required; 3+ Years Preferred

Required Qualifications
- Two plus years of Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Two plus years of intermediate knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign and Illustrator
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver accurate work
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and timelines
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Intermediate knowledge of Seismic
- Experience with Percolate or Workfront a plus
- Interest in the Financial Services industry a plus
Potential Salary: $37.55 USD
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
