Tasked with expanding market awareness for the Nuveen Green Capital platform in key markets. This role will be on the front line to develop new partnerships and relationships in the commercial real estate market that will directly lead to deal flow for the firm. This role serves a key development role for the firm’s national expansion by developing key channels to promote interest in C-PACE financing for the CRE market. In addition, this person will help bring Nuveen Green Capital products directly to end-users through innovative and creative methods of on-the-ground market development work. This role requires excellent communication skills, willingness and capability to dot-connect into new networks and relationships, and the ability to navigate complex sets of relationships and political settings. This role plays a critical role in designing and executing origination strategies to support overall origination growth for Nuveen Green Capital.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
As Nuveen Green Capital expands its footprint to several states in the coming years, the position will work to create the enabling market conditions for success.
Support regional origination teams within Nuveen Green Capital by supplying high quality leads and partnerships to accelerate growth of originations
Generate new market activity for the creation of new partnerships, channels and relationships for Nuveen Green Capital
Learn and perfect a pitch to help support interest in Nuveen Green Capital's products for those in the commercial real estate and clean energy markets
Work hand-in-hand with newly developed channels to extract lead and deal flow for regional origination teams
Attend events and help plan itinerary for high-intensity in-market trips for Nuveen Green Capital's senior management and local team
Help innovate go-to-market strategies and work to implement new plans and market efforts
Become knowledgeable in finance, commercial real estate and energy issues for partners, clients and the wider audience of stakeholders.

Potential Salary: $102,500.00 USD
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
