Are you passionate about connecting top-tier talent with game-changing opportunities? Thomson Reuters is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team in North America. This pivotal role reports into the Director, Technology Recruiting and will partner very closely with the VP of Executive Search. This individual would be based out of our Minneapolis, Dallas, Ann Arbor or Toronto office and will be a hybrid role requiring you to be in the office a minimum of 2 days per week.

About the Role

In this opportunity as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will:

  • Provide administrative support to our Executive Search team and other skilled Recruiters on the end-to-end recruiting process.
  • Schedule internal and external candidates for interviews, prepare offer letters, disposition letters and acknowledgement letters as appropriate.
  • Maintain applicant tracking system to ensure data integrity and compliance.
  • Conduct applicant tracking system audit and make appropriate corrections in HRIS or applicant tracking system as appropriate.
  • Coordinate candidate background checks and serve as the primary contact with the background check vendor.
  • Handle all new hire processes including offer letter generation/delivery, background check forms, and maintain proper handoffs of the new hire process to the hiring manager to ensure positive on-boarding experience.

About You

You're a fit for the role if your background includes:

  • 3+ years of experience in a Talent Acquisition Coordinator capacity
  • Bachelor's degree desired.
  • Ability to provide "white glove" service to provide a positive hiring experience to both candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Must be highly proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
  • Must be highly proficient with automated applicant tracking systems, working knowledge of Workday preferred.
  • Must be quality-oriented with the ability to meet tight deadlines, handle multiple projects and prioritize them appropriately.
  • Knowledge of the Recruiting life cycle is highly desired.
  • Must be a detail- and customer-oriented team player with excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and be flexible when managing tasks

Thomson Reuters complies with local laws that require upfront disclosure of the expected pay range for a position. The base compensation range varies across locations. Eligible office location(s) for this role include one or more of the following: Eagan, MN; Ann Arbor, MI; Richmond, VA; Rochester, NY. The base compensation range for the role in any of those locations is $43,300 - $80,300. Chicago, IL; Frisco, TX; Houston, TX; fully remote location. For these locations and any eligible US locations not otherwise noted, including for fully remote location if applicable, the base compensation range for this role is $45,500 - $84,500. This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance. Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay is one part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs.
