About the Role
In this opportunity as a Sr.Business Operations Analyst, you will:
- Gather and analyze data from various sources to uncover trends, patterns, and insights.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards in Power BI to provide real-time visibility into business metrics.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and reporting needs.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of business operations and present findings to senior management.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and propose data-driven solutions.
- Manage data integrity and consistency across multiple platforms and systems.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in business analytics.
- Analyze and optimize operational processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Develop and implement business performance metrics to measure productivity and identify areas for improvement.

About You
You're a fit for the role if your background includes:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Five years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
- Proficiency with Power BI and other data visualization tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
