We are looking for an HR Intern to join our team in Gdansk. You will be reporting to HR Manager, responsible for managing HR administrative tasks.
Please note this position is for 3months fixed term with possibility to extend. We are also flexible with working hours.
About the Role
In this opportunity as HR Intern, you will:
- Update our internal databases with new employee data including contact details and employment forms.
- Collect payroll information and update it in databases
- Filing of documents, preparing personal data files, run checkup of existing personal files
- Create reports on the HR-related process when required.
- Address queries and issues of workers when required.
- Preparing contracts, annexes, and other employment related documents

About You
You're a fit for the role of HR Intern if your background includes:
- Degree Level and or HR/Business qualification
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Fluent spoken and written English and Polish
- Motivation to develop in HR field
- Can do attitude
