About the Role
As our Data Operations Executive at Reuters Events you will:
- Become an expert in the delivery of our physical and virtual events through a range of platforms, including Cvent, Splash, Salesforce & smartsheets. mainly within Cvent OR Work with a range of platforms/technologies to deliver physical and virtual events, with a particular focus on online registration within Cvent & Splash
- Run registration onsite at our events (some international and domestic travel may be required), including set up of equipment, customer service, registration data updates & payments
- Support marketing efficiency and reporting accuracy through database management within our CRM system, Salesforce
- Support content delivery through a range of platforms
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as conference organisers, sales, marketing & our operations teams on overall event logistics
- Demonstrate the ability to co-ordinate processes with teams across Reuters Events
- Lead on your own events, managing tight deadlines set with internal stakeholders and possibly working on multiple events at any one time
- Be the main point of contact on your event, for both internal and external stakeholders
- Support other members of the team with their events, when required
- Support innovation projects with teams across Reuters Events, on an ad-hoc basis
- Manage customer queries effectively, at all points of the event lifecycle
About You
To be our Data Operations Executive you will likely have:
- A high degree of computer literacy with the ability to pick up complex systems quickly
- Experience in website management tools isn't essential since training will be provided but would be an advantage
- Interest in uses of different technology and how they can benefit processes
- Customer service experience in a professional environment
- Excellent time management skills
- The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong oral and written communication skills - in person, via email and over the phone
- High degree of organization and attention to detail
- Enthusiasm and a 'can do' attitude with the ability to work effectively across the business
- The ability to work independently and within a team
- Quick problem-solving skills with a keen sense of judgement and initiative
This full-time role is based in Canary Wharf, London with hybrid working available.
