Are you ready to be at the forefront of data transformation? As a Data Engineer with our team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Customer Data Platform (CDP). Leveraging your expertise in DBT (Data Build Tool), SQL/Snowflake, and AWS, you'll build and maintain robust data pipelines that power our CDP objectives and drive informed decision-making.
About the Role
In this role as a Data Engineer, you will:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines using DBT (Data Build Tool).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions that meet our CDP (Customer Data Platform) objectives.
- Implement best practices for data modeling, schema design, and version control to maintain data integrity and consistency.
- Provide technical expertise and support to stakeholders, helping them leverage data effectively for insights and decision-making.
- Contribute to the overall data strategy and roadmap, driving initiatives to advance our data engineering capabilities and drive growth.
- Optimize data processes and workflows to ensure efficiency, reliability, and performance.

About You
You're a fit for the role of Data Engineer if your background includes:
- 3-6 years of experience in data engineering, with a strong focus on SQL and DBT (Data Build Tool).
- Demonstrated proficiency in building and optimizing data pipelines for large-scale data processing and analytics.
- Strong understanding of data modeling concepts and experience with relational and dimensional data models.
- Excellent SQL skills and experience working with complex datasets to extract insights and perform analysis.
- Familiarity with modern data warehousing concepts and technologies.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for automation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Hands-on experience with cloud-based data platforms, preferably AWS
