As a key member of our Risk & Compliance team, you will have the responsibility to drive risk culture and ensure effective risk management practices are embedded across the organization.

About the Role
In this opportunity as an Assistant Manager, Enterprise Risk & Policy & Governance, you will:
- Contribute to the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of all components of TR's Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Framework, including risk governance, risk management methodologies, risk reporting and risk culture.
- Execute the ERM function's day-to-day activities and annual program initiatives.
- Facilitate the preparation of periodic Enterprise Risk Management reports to the Enterprise Risk Committee and the Board Risk Committee
- Oversee the enhancement and monitoring of KRIs across key risk categories.
- Conduct continuous benchmarking and compile macro-trends, market changes, global forces as well as risk management, compliance and ESG best practices.
- Support the implementation of TR's risk culture strategy, including the execution of organization-wide training and change management activities related to risk management.
- Maintain and enhance the Global Policy Framework to ensure standardization, centralization, and ongoing maintenance of all global policy documents to promote uniformity and effective policy management across the organization.
- Manage and maintain - as a super user - GRC tools, systems, and processes.
- Ensure integrity, completeness, and accessibility of risk documentation.
- Develop and maintain effective and collaborative relationships with key stakeholders and subject matter experts across the organization.
About You
You're a fit for this role if your background includes:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
- Fluent English is a must.
- Relevant professional certification (CRM or equivalent) preferred.
- Minimum 5-7 Years of risk management experience, with knowledge of technology industry preferred.
- Sound and practical knowledge of enterprise risk management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Problem solving, analysis, judgment, analytical skills, experience with developing risk models.
- Ability to deliver (initiative, perseverance, energetic and process improvement skills).
- Interpersonal savvy (listening skills and empathy, strong written and presentation skills).
