The successful candidate will be responsible for managing Thomson Reuters website operations to increase organic visits in Latin America, helping us achieve business objectives by driving traffic and leads to our website. The position is based in São Paulo.
About the role
- Writes and utilizes web development code and ongoing support of websites ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Follows and/or creates website development best practices while adhering to team and industry coding standards and corporate policies.
- Enhances graphical design elements on websites; corrects or recreates.
- Tests and troubleshoots to optimize the layout of materials, site performance, and compatibility with various browsers.
- Analyzes and recommends solutions to root quality and/or efficiency problems.
- Creates and maintains technical documentation
- Performs maintenance on existing websites or needed enhancements.
- Provides wider feedback on performance.
- Makes suggestions for problem solutions or software enhancements, which will typically be reviewed by a more senior developer.
- Implements solutions as directed within standards
- Participates in project planning sessions with team members to analyze development requirements, provide solutions, and provide work breakdown and estimates of work.
- Typically works on multiple projects at a time and as a member of the project team(s) or as part of a specialist cross-project team on multiple developments.
- Works on larger, more complex projects during product creation phase that requires subject matter expertise.
- Provides status updates for own scope of work within projects.

About You
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
• Experience in digital marketing
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite tools, particularly Adobe Campaign, Adobe Analytics, or similar software for managing digital marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and their impact on search engine rankings.
• Experience developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to meet business objectives, including lead generation and conversion.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts and ideas to stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and delivering results under pressure.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese language. Fluency in Spanish will be a plus
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, and CRM systems would be advantageous.
