Realiza tareas relacionadas con la recepción de materias primas, entrega de materiales a las áreas de producción, almacenamiento, cumplimiento de pedidos y devoluciones, utilizando sistemas ERP y otros para asegurar la precisión del inventario y la entrega de un producto de calidad al cliente.
About the Role / Acerca del Rol
En esta oportunidad como Almacenista (temporal), usted realizará las siguientes actividad:
- Gestión de Sistemas y Transacciones: Utilizar sistemas ERP (como SAP, MII) y equipos de radiofrecuencia (RF) para obtener información y registrar transacciones relacionadas con el movimiento de materiales y productos.
- Manipulación y Transporte de Materiales: Recoger, clasificar y empaquetar artículos, asegurando calidad en la entrega; monitorear, abastecer y transportar materiales a las áreas designadas; descargar camiones y verificar documentos como facturas y órdenes de compra.
- Inventario y Documentación: Inventariar materiales y productos terminados, manteniendo registros precisos y rechazando artículos insatisfactorios cuando sea necesario; documentar actividades en Tableros de Nivel.
- Gestión de Envíos y Devoluciones: Procesar envíos entrantes y salientes usando SAP, garantizando documentación adecuada; investigar y procesar devoluciones, decidiendo sobre su reintegración al stock según la calidad.
- Coordinación de Logística: Acolchar, apilar y asegurar artículos en camiones para prevenir daños; coordinar recogidas y entregas de transportistas con los despachadores.
- Mantenimiento y Seguridad: Realizar mantenimiento diario del equipo, cambiar baterías si es necesario; participar activamente en el programa de seguridad de la empresa para garantizar el cumplimiento y contribuir a la cultura de seguridad.
- Mejora Continua y Soporte Interno: Recomendar e implementar mejoras de procesos; proporcionar datos a departamentos internos; participar en equipos de proyectos y realizar otras tareas asignadas.

About You/ Acerca de Ti
Eres adecuado para el rol si tu experiencia incluye:
- Experiencia previa en la operación de equipos de manipulación de materiales es preferible.
- Conocimiento de sistemas ERP, especialmente SAP, y equipos de radiofrecuencia.
- Habilidad para seguir procedimientos de trabajo estándar y cumplir con los estándares de calidad.
- Capacidad para trabajar de manera independiente y en equipo.
- Fuerte atención al detalle y habilidades organizativas.
- Disponibilidad para trabajar en horarios flexibles y en turnos.
- Compromiso con la seguridad en el lugar de trabajo y el cumplimiento de las políticas de la empresa.
- Habilidades de comunicación efectiva, tanto verbal como escrita.
