What you'll do
It's safe to say, there's no shortage of variety in what we do. Here are some key accountabilities of the role:
- This role is responsible for supporting the delivery of TJX Canada's talent development programs, developing and maintaining processes, tools and resources and data intelligence for department
- Accountable for leading and or supporting program management of Talent Development programs including but not limited to Talent Review, Tuition Assistance Program, and Scholarship Program
- Maintains and supports talent development framework to ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of Talent Development data including historical talent and succession information, 360 and assessment reports, internal and external coaching portfolio, and the individual executive development tracking
- Responsible for tracking and coordination of talent reviews accelerated development program nominations, coaching, mentoring and assessments with HR Business Partners
- Develops partnerships across HR to build understanding around key processes, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and systems to support Talent Development functional capabilities
What you'll need
To begin your career with us, we require the following:
- Minimum two (2) years Human Resources experience preferably in Talent Development, Career Development
- Post secondary education in Human Resources, Business, or related program or equivalent
- Advanced computer skills including Microsoft applications, talent management systems
- Demonstrated capability in Human Resources including the ability to interpret and apply policies and procedures; provide management and with advice and guidance related to talent development
- Able to work discretely with highly confidential information
Salary Range: $58,910 - $82,472 /year
This represents the expected hiring range and may not represent the full pay range for the position. The salary offered may be higher than the posted range depending on several factors such as relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
