What You'll Be Doing:

At TJX Europe, our Talent Acquisition Content & Channels team brings our employer brand to life. As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you'll create engaging content that showcases our unique career opportunities, manage social media platforms, and optimize our careers website. You'll also track the Content & Channels budget and use SEO best practices to increase visibility.

You'll stay updated on industry trends, measure branding effectiveness, and collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Marketing, Communications, and HR teams. As an employer brand ambassador, you'll promote TJX Europe internally and externally, finding ways to optimize channels and enhance our strategy. Additionally, you'll assist with employer branding campaigns and events, coordinating with external vendors to ensure high-quality and timely delivery.
