What you'll do

It's safe to say, there's no shortage of variety in what we do. Here are some key accountabilities of the role:

  • This position is responsible for preparing business analytics, reporting, identifying opportunities and developing insightful recommendations to support Supply Chain strategic decisions and tactics to implement them using data analytics applications and a collaborative solution oriented approach
  • Collaborates closely with Supply Chain teams to develop and maintain reporting, create forecasts, and review results to provide tactical and strategic operational decision support.
  • Serves as an internal consultant on assigned projects to assist with identifying improvement opportunities and providing recommendations involving system and process enhancement and implementation
  • Participates in and leads small to medium supply chain projects with an analytics lens, including defining scope, documenting business requirements, gaining consensus, communication of progress and implementation
  • Builds tools for analysis of actual performance relative to Supply Chain Network capacity forecasts (i.e. Storage, Inbound, Outbound, Receiving, Processing) on a regularized cadence as identified
  • Analyzes Supply Chain data to identify trends and areas for future improvement to consistently scope cost savings initiatives

What you'll need

To begin your career with us, we require the following:

  • Strong research and analytical skills, ability to identify problems, investigates issues, discrepancies and prepares responses for anticipated questions; understands the needs of the audience when presenting information
  • Strong communication skills to effectively express Supply Chain challenges and opportunities to other functions.
  • Demonstrated collaborative relationship building skills; fosters high levels of trust and teamwork throughout the organization at all levels
  • Demonstrated influencing and decision-making skills; understands how and when to apply alternative approaches and flex relationship styles

Salary Range: $58,910 - $82,472

*This represents the expected hiring range and may not represent the full pay range for the position. The salary offered may be higher than the posted range depending on several factors such as relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
