The Staff Product Owner is within the Mobile App Team supporting EU and US Applications. This Product Owner will support a SAFe agile team through the entire software development life cycle (SDLC) to deliver features and enhancements to .com. This person will be at the ground level for changes that have a direct impact on our shopping customers. Core responsibilities include prioritizing the scrum team's backlog, managing stakeholder expectations, working with the team to prepare and present the sprint review & demo, prepare user stories, document "as-is" and "will-be" state, lead story refinement, actively participate in all scrum ceremonies including DSU, sprint planning and retros, prepare releases, and work across teams as needed.
This role has wide-ranging partnerships, working day-to-day with scrum masters, product managers, epic owners, solution delivery managers, developers and qa members. There will also be close collaboration with other teams, like Architecture, Security, Supply Chain, and our Digital business partners who set the vision and direction for our digital roadmap.

Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years as a Product Owner within a dedicated agile team
- 5+ years experience supporting retail mobile apps
- 2+ years experience supporting global ecommerce partners
- Excellent requirement solicitation and story writing skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, tailoring to audiences
- Excellent critical thinking skills and demonstrated ability to proactively manage stakeholder expectations
- Proven success as a self-starter demonstrated in a highly collaborative, matrix environment
- Strong working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks such as SAFe, Scrum, or Kanban
- Relevant undergraduate BA, BS degree in IT or Business or equivalent experience
- Strong working knowledge of Jira and Confluence
Preferred Qualifications
- Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) preferred
- eCommerce, Retail, or Supply Chain business process knowledge/experience
- Experience with Adobe and Google Analytics a strong plus
This position has a starting salary range of $99,500 to $129,300 per year.
Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
This position is eligible for an annual incentive as well as long-term incentives.
