What You'll Do:

  • Supports Global Category Management leaders to deliver regional and global sourcing events across all assigned categories including sourcing administration and event support
  • Identifies opportunities for supplier relationship management and rationalization
  • Performs and delivers sourcing analysis of strategic sourcing events
  • Leads cross functional teams in the execution of low to medium value/complexity strategic sourcing initiatives and the implementation of category strategies
  • Collaborates with Business Partners to drive value for the business, while maintaining high quality service standards. Ensures key Business Partner alignment and satisfaction. Participates in execution of contracts and ensuring compliance to TJX Approval Authority Schedule and Audit requirements

About You:

  • Minimum 3 years strategic sourcing, procurement or related experience; experience in the retail industry and managing multinational Business Partners and suppliers.
  • Knowledge of RFx requirements including sourcing event structure, selecting suppliers to participate, building RFx criteria and deciding upon timing, length, type and complexity of RFI, RFP and/or e-Auction.
  • Demonstrated collaborative, facilitation, active listening and negotiating skills with ability to develop and build relationships with internal and external partners, influence team members and help prioritize activities and resources to meet the organization's needs; build rapport and credibility to be a trusted advisor
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to provide solutions; ability to leverage prior experience and adapt quickly to the changing work environment to make effective decisions, revise business strategies to support the vision of the organization; solid understanding of financial planning, business tools and reports to make business recommendations

Salary Range: $74,752.50-$104,653.50 /year *This represents the expected hiring range and may not represent the full pay range for the position. The salary offered may be higher than the posted range depending on several factors such as relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
