What you'll do

It's safe to say, there's no shortage of variety in what we do. Here are some key responsibilities of the role:

  • Coordinating all related project activities and deliverables; utilizing appropriate resources as required; develop and maintain schedules to ensure timely completion of project and monitors progress against targets
  • Research, gathers information, summarizes data
  • Review and update activities within a Project tracker in conjunction with Category Manager/Manger Of
  • Develop formal project documentation and ensures that all required documentation is forwarded to all parties for all projects
  • Maintain relationships with internal and external business partners

What you'll need

To begin your career with us, you'll have:

  • Pursuing a post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field or discipline
  • Excellent computer skills including word-processing, spreadsheets; e-mail, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.
  • Strong organizational skills; interpersonal skills including conflict management; and information gathering including active listening skills
  • Problem solving skills including analysis of information and recommending solutions
  • Communication skills including facilitation skills; verbal skills; and written skills
  • Project coordination skills; preparing and maintaining project plans

Hourly Rate: $22.30 /hour

This represents the expected pay rate. Starting rates may vary depending on various factors.
