The Senior Region Operations Analyst for Sierra oversees operational and expense-related initiatives in support of the Region. They partner with Home Office Operations to ensure operational and profit expectations are achieved.

Who We Are Looking For: You.

  • Identifies opportunities, develops recommendations, and implements strategies to improve profitability, expense processes and overall expense performance in partnership with Home Office Store Ops.
  • Analyzes and plans expense, payroll, and operational processes, such as inventory and markdowns. Proactively monitors chain P&L to provide insight at the regional level.
  • Develops reports to drive Standard Operating Procedure execution and efficiencies and makes recommendations to the RVP.
  • Coordinates and follows up on all capital projects, construction initiatives including new store openings, remodels, and relocations. Supports RVP and DMs acting as the key liaison with Home Office teams for all Facilities, Bunzel, including financial and operational reporting and analysis, and Real Estate requests.
  • Primary Region contact and resource for Home Office departments and Transportation to provide support, partner and identify/communicate trends, issues, concerns and opportunities involving truck deliveries/ freight flow. Partners with Home office, identifying opportunities to proactively solve issues for the field.
  • Primary Region contact for systems roll outs, pilots and tests within the Region supporting execution and leadership validation.
  • Special projects within the Region as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Finance and/or Store Operations
  • 4-5 years of Retail Operations Experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills, and proficient in excel and all other Microsoft Office software
  • Strong analytical skills as it relates to interpreting, teaching and training, and leveraging documents

This position has a starting salary range of $80,500 to $102,700 per year.

Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.

This position is eligible for an annual incentive.

This position is hybrid, requiring 2 days per week in the office in Marlborough, MA. It is not open to remote.
