- 3+ years' experience working in a financial accounting role
- You possess a minimum of intermediate MS Excel skills
- You are adaptable and self-motivated with initiative and takes responsibility for deliverables
- A great talker, you have strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail

Job Summary
You will be responsible for monthly P&L variance analysis, maintenance of the fixed asset register and providing accurate and timely month end financial reporting. You will also actively seek to identify and implement process improvement and/or automation opportunities, and leverage systems and processes to aid in decision making.
Key Responsibilities
- Analysis of monthly P&L variances and provide detailed commentary to senior finance leadership
- Preparation of month end journals and balance sheet reconciliations
- Maintain the fixed asset register and associated reporting,
- Preparation of tax compliance lodgments (including BAS, FBT and payroll tax) by liaising with external tax agents
- Manage prepayment reconciliations and journals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support forecasting
- Provide analytical support to business partners as requested
- Contribute to the preparation of annual statutory accounts
- Ensure all TJX Corporate requirements are met on time and to the required standard
- Other ad hoc activities/projects
