MAJOR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

  • Compile, analyze, monitor and distribute operational reports, journal entries, and accruals
  • Report on expense details, purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and invoices
  • Submit budgetary numbers for building OPH, average hourly wage, other pay and expense tracking
  • Review purchase orders, packing slips, and invoices for proper pricing and quantity
  • Contact vendors to resolve discrepancies
  • Monitor monthly expense detail reports and create/submit entries for correction
  • Analyze shift performance by area for management use and compile weekly flash information for Home Office Finance
  • Produce and distribute production forecast reports
  • Complete special projects as needed in support with Finance Supervisor/Manager

  • Partner with internal and external contacts to deliver, gather, and exchange information as well as coordinate and direct activities

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Associate's degree in accounting/finance or 2 years of relevant job experience
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to muti-task and problem solve
  • Organization and attention to detail are a must
  • Advanced proficiency working with computers
  • Analytic and critical-thinking skills
  • Good working knowledge of computer systems, especially Excel and Oracle
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, i.e., overtime/split shift
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to visually verify accuracy
  • Must have mobility and physical flexibility, be able to lift 50 pounds, and spend extended periods of time on their feet

This position has a starting pay range of $21.00 to $22.20 per hour. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
