Property Management Financial Analyst
This position is Hybrid, with Tuesdays and Wednesdays required in-person.

This role is a key supporter of the financial analysis and audit support for the five Property Management teams. This role makes financial recommendations to department management for budgets, accruals, and other financial forecasting outcomes.
- Analyzes data and trends holistically to drive comprehensive portfolio-wide adjustments to current year budget and to forecast next year spend
- Performs Quarterly SARBOX testing
- Collaborates with Corporate Audit to complete SOX Application Controls Testing
- Utilize current processes and evaluate opportunities to ensure accuracy in accrual reporting
- Develop Analytics Reporting to increase efficiencies with speed to repair and other reports as needed
- Evaluate current vendor Key Financial Productivity Indicator and implement efficiencies. Publish to department Managers to ensure vendor adherence to SLA's.
- Key supporter for In-House ServiceChannel Finance Training and Support / Maintenance of the Work Order Management System
- Manages Permit Renewals and Applicable Municipal Fees
- Develop reporting to track Vertical Violations and hold vendors accountable for timely resolution.
- Develop procedure to ensure that vendors are meeting their SLA's for invoice management.
Who We Are Looking For: You.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Two years working with Analytics, Billing, and Reporting
- Experience Identifying and reporting trends
- Advanced Excel skills required
- Power-BI a plus
- Experience with work order management software i.e. Service Channel
- Strong follow up, analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize work
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, solid problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, meeting all necessary deadlines

This position has a starting salary range of $69,200.00 to $86,500.00 per year. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
