Join the Growing Team at TJX Australia Processing Centre (TK Maxx) - Marsden Park

At TJX Australia, we are on an exciting growth journey and are seeking a passionate and results-driven Supply Chain Planning Manager (internally recognized as Network Planning Manager) to join our dynamic team. This is a pivotal role for individuals with a background in finance, procurement in warehouse / distribution operations, looking to make a real impact.

What You'll Do:
In this role, you'll gather and interpret business and financial data to ensure an efficient supply chain flow. You'll drive insightful decision-making to optimize tactical and strategic operations, while also managing budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes, including supply procurement for the Processing Centre.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining supply chain capacity and forecasting models.
  • Partnering with Finance for budget preparation, monitoring costs, and setting operational targets.
  • Analyzing performance data to identify trends and drive improvements.
  • Managing dashboards, reports, and scorecards for data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborating with teams to assess and adjust network plans.
  • Leading and coaching a high-performing team to deliver excellence.

Skills and Experience:

  • Managerial experience in data analysis, modeling, or supply chain operations.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and forecasting.
  • Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and MS Office.
  • Proven leadership skills, including coaching and team development.
  • Degree or diploma in Supply Chain, Finance, Logistics, or related field (preferred).
