Position: Network Coordinator
Reports to: IT Supervisor
Hours: Monday - Thursday | 8:00am-6:30pm

This position has a starting pay range of $20.00 to $26.90 per hour. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
- IT equipment maintenance/configuration (printers, phones, pc's, Thin Clients, CV30's, CV31's, CK71's, CK75's, CK31's, label printers, AP's, Mobile Scan Carts)
- Weekly Inventory and maintenance of CK71's and CK75's
- Organization of stored IT equipment
- Sending out IT equipment for repair
- Deployment of new equipment
- Do minor repairs, cleaning, call in for service if needed on printers on an as needed basis throughout the shift
- Planning and execution of floor module moves, and office moves (IT equipment, network and phone line availability)
- Help with running network cables, ending the cables and installing the jacks.
- Problem solving network issues
- Maintenance of Sortation systems (Network side)
- Maintain, change connections between routers and switches in IDF cabinets as needed.
- Cabinet and pedestal printer cartridge replacement for the floor and making sure that data center has access to cartridges needed
- Change ribbons
- Restart printers
- End user's jobs that are 'hung up' in SCAN
- Unfreeze terminals
- Creating/Printing of labels for transporters, locations and temporary employees
- Assembly of shelving units and racks
- Software and hardware orders through the Service Now Portal
- Access Request Management System Requests (email/ server/ application/network drive requests)
- Password Resets-Scan and JDA
- Ticket submissions to the Service Desk
- Schedule and perform full backups of the AS400. Maintain the rotation of the backup tapes for the AS400 and PATS servers.
- Work with Systems during planned and unplanned power outages to take the AS400 down and bring it back up. Work with Systems on upgrades to the AS400, etc.
- Responding to floor requests though email and phone
- Work together as a team
- Work flexible hours as required
With SCAN Database Maintenance
- Maintain the SCAN and JDA databases. Add new hires and delete terms. Flag associates for incentive and add job types to their training table. Add new hires to the Bridgewater Assistant Database.
- Maintain the job codes in SCAN and update and maintain the X-reference tables in SCAN based on communication from the Engineering department.
- Create and maintain locations in SCAN.
- Generate tickets for issues that we cannot fix locally. Coordinate with GPS L2, etc. and local users until issues are resolved.
- Completing SCAN Access Requests
- Creating of system profiles for associates (SCAN and JDA)
- Update the ladder plans on the 15th of every month.
- Reset user passwords.
- Flip the racks for purges
- Run and save all Beginning Inventory Reports. Run the aisle reports during inventory. Make sure all slots are scanned. Coordinate with Financial Control and Systems to secure the release of racks. Run and save all after Inventory Reports. Flip the racks back.
- Inventory and place orders with the Reports Administrator (Leda Cox) for the DCPO paper, locator stock, t-sticker stock, locator ribbons, and the ribbons for all SCAN printers
- Releasing reports for LP
With Incentive Extraction/Data Entry
- Check for errors. "Correct" any SCAN-side errors and rerun. Call in a ticket for JDA-side errors, because the application group will have to rerun. Authorize uploads, run and archive reports and send out appropriate emails
- Recalculate the incentive pay/hours for previous week corrections. Make appropriate adjustments to the six weeks' averages in SCAN. Fill out the Incentive/Payroll Adjustment Forms for negative dollar amounts and distribute. Send the positives to HR.
