Marketing Specialist, Homesense

Homesense, the latest retail experience from the TJX family of brands, is looking for a highly motivated individual who will support initiatives designed to propel a fast-growing brand to the next level. As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of Homesense social media strategies and play a prominent role in growing the brand in the digital world. This role will implement work that helps build brand awareness and consideration, mainly in the development of content for Homesense social channels. The Marketing Specialist will have a strong understanding of the social media landscape, channel standard methodologies and experience with crafting compelling social-first content. The Specialist reports into the Brand Marketing Manager.

Who We Are Looking For: You.
• Support digital marketing strategy and its execution across various channels, inclusive of but not limited to organic social and paid social media (Instagram, TikTok & Pinterest).
• Develop content for social media channels to help drive awareness and consideration, attract prospects, and further engage brand fans.
• Lead and complete daily community management for Homesense organic social channels, maintaining a deep understanding of the latest trends, consumer insights, and app capabilities across social platforms.
• Nimbly partner on managing content calendar while providing creative recommendations and optimizations based on merchandise priorities, trends, and social performance.
• Maintain brand TOV across platforms, ensuring consistency with established brand positioning.
• Source and organize UGC, monitoring potential content use cases and partnerships.
• Analyze social data and identify key takeaways to inform social content optimizations and share out with key collaborators.
• Create and curate channel-relevant content in collaboration with Homesense Creative team, outlining creative briefs and assisting with in-store shoots when necessary.
• Organize and complete various marketing initiatives - responsibilities could include quarterly influencer gift card mailings, merchandise giveaways, etc.
Qualifications
• 1-3 years of full-time Marketing experience required, experience in content creation a plus.
• Use and solid understanding of a range of social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Threads, YouTube Shorts & Pinterest.
• Capture and edit social content and have a hand in all phases of production from pre-to-post (filming, editing, posting).
• Solid understanding of digital marketing channels, the social media landscape and standard methodologies across platforms.
• Organized and demonstrates the ability to prioritize projects simultaneously and quickly shift gears in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive self-starter who is highly motivated, resourceful, ambitious, and willing to learn.
• Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Collaborative nature, with the ability to form relationships across business functions.
• Strong ethics and integrity, both personal and professional.
• Respect for established business model and workplace culture.
• Passion for all things home, including decor and trends, pop culture, and innovation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge in CapCut, Canva, and social media reporting tools is a plus but not required.

This position has a starting salary range of $60,500 to $75,600 per year.
Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
This position is hybrid requiring 2 days per week in the Framingham office. It is not open to remote.
